RESET® Air: indoor air quality
RESET® Air is a standard based on the continuous monitoring of indoor air quality in buildings.
RESET® Air is a standard based on the continuous monitoring of indoor air quality in buildings and, through cloud technology, the real-time sharing of air quality data with occupants. The parameters monitored are particulate matter (PM2,5), total volatile organic compounds (TVOC), carbon dioxide (CO2), temperature and relative humidity.
To apply this standard, the building or space must be monitored long-term to ensure that the indoor environmental quality remains consistently high during the occupancy phase. RESET® Air is based on an annual recertification process that ensures spaces continue to perform long-term monitoring.
RESET® Air Standard v2.0 applies to both shell and core buildings and commercial interior spaces.
