At the beginning of construction, we undertake training of construction managers on the site management plan control measures, prescribed by the various sustainability protocols

We select and evaluate with the contractor all building materials and plant equipment to be proposed to construction management, in order to ensure their compliance with the requirements of the chosen protocol.

We interface on at least a monthly basis with the client's sustainability consultant to report on the status of activities in the contractor's charge

We conduct periodic inspections to verify the proper implementation of control measures prescribed by site plans

Where required by the certification protocol, we support the company in commissioning activities, a process guided by the Commissioning Authority appointed by the Client
We provide the client's sustainability consultant with the necessary documentation for the review of the construction phase, preparatory to the final award of certification
