The WELL^TM certification protocol involves performing verifications during the construction phase that detect and evaluate the building’s performance. We follow the client through this process by organizing the verification procedures.

We offer support in assessing the feasibility of an intervention in order to access PNRR plan funds and in managing the 6 environmental objectives.

We develop measurement and verification plans. These analyses are based on the process of planning, measuring, collecting, and analyzing building consumption data for all energy sources, with the intent of verifying and reporting energy consumption and savings.
